E-Safety
Everybody at Cheswick Green knows how important it is to stay safe online.
Here are our e-safety rules as written by our pupils.
NEVER enter our real names, age or address online.
NEVER reveal our phone number or e-mail address online.
NEVER state where or what we will be doing
at certain times or give clues as to where we live.
NEVER put photos or pictures of ourselves, friends or family online.
NEVER open pop-ups-ALWAYS ask an adult to have a look for you.
NEVER open e-mails without an adult there so they know what you're opening.
ALWAYS tell the adult with you if you are worried or don't like something on the computer.
At the start of each year the pupils undertake lessons on E-safety as well as within usual Computing lessons and as part of E-safety week. Teachers give advice to parents at the the start of each year during 'Meet the Teacher' meetings.

They offer information to help parents understand the digital world and raise resilient children.
Their services include Parent Info, Vodafone Digital Parenting magazine and the Parent Lounge.
